Telkom Slow internet speeds - WACS??

Rating Telkom a 1 star is giving them way more credit then they deserve.

WACS, West African Cable System broke off the coast of England on 28th March. ALL other providers compensated by rerouting traffic to other cable systems. Some of them even had to BUY bandwidth on other cable systems to keep their systems unaffected. Telkom on the other hand, just did nothing, They didn't even inform their support personnel about this outage, leaving those of us affect with useless internet during lockdown. How pathetically useless do you need to be to not inform your support personnel about a major connectivity outage happening on your network during lockdown????????

The EXACT same thing happened earlier this year when WACS broke previously, ALL OTHER ISP's rerouted traffic except hellkom.

This is the last straw, I am cancelling this months debit order, telkom will not survive covid19, i guess something good did come out of the corona virus.
