Telkom slow internet

Upgraded To 10mbs uncapped dsl line after 3 years. I wasn't called to be informed that the contract expired a year ago and was in month to month. Anyway my upgraded line is slower than the older 4mb line. If I'm lucky I'm getting 2-3 mbs. Also have installed new router but really disappointed once again by telkom
