Telkom slow download speed

Trying to solve problem with throtling and slow iwifi download speed. trying to phone call centre, On line holding for more that 2 hours. Nobody Unfortunately I cannot complain about nothing.. because TElkom has nothing to offer to compalin about. Pathetic
