Telkom slow and unproffesional

If I could give Telkom zero stars I would have. Handed in my phone on the 26 June 2020. Was told it"s going to take 21 days to repair.Up to date I have not heard anything from Telkom. I have been at the shop in Carnival Mall 3 times. The last time they could not tell me where my phone in the system is, this is 2 days ago. I had to leave my sim card in the phone otherwise the insurance will lapse, I was told by them. Now I got no phone or sim card just a account to pay.Telkom has got no problem deducting the money out of my bank account for services not renderred. I now have to support another network on pay as you go and buy airtime because Telkom is useless. Doing business like Telkom does is actually legal theft. Cannot wait for my contract to exspire so that I can support a proffesional network. I will be stopping payment to Telkom from end of August if i don"t get my phone soon because at this point I am loosing money supporting Telkom. Not getting anything in return for my money.
