Telkom Sloppy Service Incorrect Products Provided

Telkom has the worst service ever, not their call center agents or their online chat is helpful at all. You purchase a product but are not provided with what you requested. You are told that there is no turnaround time for a billing query when they owe you money. My query reference numbers are ***8, ***9 and ***6. To date, I have not received any feedback regarding any complaints. This is putrid service and i have reported this to consumer protection. I demand that someone with more than one brain cell contacts me and resolves this issue
