Telkom slipping away

In July 2019 I received a bill 5 times my usual for my landline. I noticed I was charged for making cell calls to a telkom mobile number which incidentally is mine. This is just not possible as I have used it to phone. I have since failed getting answers from telkom as they transfer me to accounts and technical.
