Telkom Simswap refusal!

hi,

Telkom mobile refuses for me to get new sims on prepaid (simswap) after my phone was ******. I tried to get simcards on both my prepaid sim and they told me that I would not be able to do that as I am owing on a previous contract line. Surely these two are separate a pre paid sim should be able to be swapped more especially if my phone was ****** I have no other means for getting all my details accept on my sim cards. Please could you help me get my simcards based on the fact that they are prepaid. It cant be legal to refuse a simswap on a prepaid line. I am contactable on. ***-Dikeledi
