telkom simswap mr y naidoo

HI my name is MR Y NAIDOO on the 28th November 2022 my house was broken into all our phones was ****** and everything we went to telkom to do a simswap and the telkom consultant in phoenix plaza durban they told us , we must have 5 phone numbers that we call everyday we dont have alot of money to phone people everyday it is very disappointing cause that number is very important to my family please help
