Telkom simswap failure

Very disappointed with Telkom. I went to do a sim swap in the Shop at capegate. My old simcard was giving probles. So they said to me when ur your old simcard is not having network anymore that's when you can put the new simcard. To my surprise the new simcard has no service at all. Now all the simcars are deactivated. Am loosing business.
