telkom simswap

Ive done a simswap on thursday 28/03/2024 the lady that was helping me told me in 20 minutes the simswap will be done so i waited nothing happened so on saturday i went back to telkom carnival mall the lady that was helping me told me that it was not processed in the technical department so everything will be good in 30 minutes so i wait the whole weekend and nothing happened so today i go again they telling me the technical department is still busy with it and theres nothing that they can do, i need my number cause i cant access my banking app and my life is stuck cause of a simswap that doesnt even take 10mins ive used petrol to go to carnival mall and they tell me that theres nothing they can do to help me so im stuck and my life can move foward im really upset that telkom cant help me with something so simple and theres no care in the matter im trying to get my number nothing much im not asking for alot the number im trying to get a simswap on is ***
