Telkom Simswap

I am so heart broken by Telkom right now. My life is stuck , I lost my phone with Telkom sim card in it. i have been using telkom number for 3 years . I went to Telkom to do a sim swap , they told me that i cannot because its not registered under my Id , but i brought all the proof that the number is mine . Now am missing interviews and important information that could change my life
