Telkom simply took away my 10Gb daily data

Simply took my 10 Gb day data away! I now pay for night data that I never use because I sleep. I always got 10G + 10G... not sure what happend? needs tobe sorted asap as I now have to buy data from my other service provider and pay telkom.
