Telkom simply does not care!

August 2015 my 3g at home went for the worst after working perfectly well for many years. It all started off with very high pings in the evenings. I reported the issue in August 2015. A referrence number was created and visible under my profile on the Telkom website.

I was contacted in August 2015 where some troubleshooting was done to determine if the problem was not with my PC and/or ****le. All was in order.

I was then told a technician would come out to the area to take a few readings. The technician came out and recommended the instalation of a booster.

All of this was accepted, I was contacted by Telkom shortly after where they told me I qualify for a booster instalation and that thecnical would contact me for instalation arrangements.

Closer to December 2015 I queried the installation and was told the local technicians did not have stock and would get such in the early new year (2016).

Here I am and this is a line test taken a few minutes ago, almost a year after the initial report.

http://www.speedtest.net/my-result/ ********** 644

I STILL have no booster. The issue reported under my profile conveniently dissapeared. The services are 10 fold worst off then 1 year ago.

Telkom, you promised me a booster shortly after I was told the call was recorded for secord keeping purposes, my next step is seeking legal advice. You cannot promise someone almost a year ago something, and one year later conveniently cover your tracks. You are liers, I have not forgotten. Better call up that old archive and see why you did not keep your promise and give me an honest answer.
