Telkom simply cant run a business - stay away from them

After cancellation the service in May 2108, I got acknowledgment online that they have received my request to cancel, however they have kept billing me and now handed account over for collection. How does Telkom expect me to pay for their *********** employees? Telkom you will never get a cent from me. I would also never get a product from you even if it was free. You simply cant run a business.
