TELKOM SIMCARD ABUSE TO THE PUBLIC

My name is Comfort I bought a R250 Telkom airtime for my Son only to find that the number was given to someone because we didn't put airtime last month. I called Telkom yesterday around 21:26 they couldn't help,this morning I called them again they couldn't help .They are raising an issue that my Son was using a pre ricad Sim card ,they give the number to someone else if we're not using it.

My argument is that ,that same pre ricad Sim card was buying data every month and they have a record of that.The Sim card was always on the device and no warning was given that the sim will be blocked.

My second concern is why flood pre ricad Sim cards to the public because already the issue of crime was raised in relation to these Sim cards.Now I need the airtime my Son needs to apply for college for next year,you want to tell me that my R250 has gone down the drain???
