Telkom sim- worst service ever

Bought a pre paid data simcard, also bought Data, according to Telkom there was a tecnical issue and it is completely impossible for them to assist and get the data on the card over a weekend! They have no te nical staff working to help! The call centre assistant was absolutely unable to help, she did not know anything , the assistant at the store in Menlyn had no answers and really did not have a clue as to how he can assist! I will never reccomend or ever use Telkom sim again! It was the worst service ever!!
