Telkom Sim Swap Service

My phone was ****** and my number was then suspended. I went to Telkom,Windermere Center and I was informed my number was a business sim card. I was then referred to the Musgrave branch as they do business sim swaps. For the past 6 months I've been trying to get a sim swap but everytime I go to the store I am told the system for sim swaps is offline which is a major inconvenience for me because all my accounts work through that number and I cannot access anything. I've tried calling customer care and I never get assistance. I'm disappointed with the Telkom service and i'm in need of urgent assistance
