Telkom Sim swap policy very stupid

Telkom is ill treating its customers and misusing their powers! I am required to drive 200 kilometers to the in store sim swap, this was confirmed by their call centre agent. An agent told me to go to mafikeng or Klerksdorp to the sim swap both towns are 200 km away from i am staying. i just did sim swap with cell c telephonically. why cant telkom do the same? let them sort this urgently
