🚨 Telkom SIM Swap ***** Complaint – No Feedback 🚨

I lodged a SIM swap ***** complaint with Telkom and received a reference number. When I called the call center to follow up, I was told there's no record of my complaint. I also emailed with the reference number, only to receive a different reference number without any update or clarity.

This back-and-forth is unacceptable. Can someone from Telkom please urgently contact me and explain what's going on? This is a serious issue, and I deserve answers.
