Telkom sim swap

Dear support My phone and telkom sim was ******. I need to do a sim swap but the Sim is not in my name. I received the ****** Sim from a supermarket. Can I got to the telkom store with my parent and do a Sim swap because I am 16 years old and i don't have an ID as yet?
