Telkom Sim never delivered

I have app**** for a Telkom sim contract of 80G anytime & 80 night shift on the 24th January 2024 and it was approved, then I was told that it will take 48 hours to be delivered to my address, which was on Friday the 26th of January 2024, but it was delivered, then I called Telkom on Monday the 29th January 2024, of which it was not delivered, then on the 31 January 2024 I contacted telkom agent via WhatsApp and I was promised that my parcel has been dispatched from the delivery company called Courier IT and I will receive it on that day, but till now I haven't received it and there is no one who is getting in touch with me. Can you kindly assist me to receive my order. My billnumber is ***A
