TELKOM SIM CARDS locked for no reason

I am extremely unhappy. My Telkom mobile accounts X2 has been locked. I phoned customer care and they advised that my sim cards has not been RICA'd and that I need to go to the branch to have it fixed. I went to the branch today to have my sim cards RICA'd. The assistant advised that my sim cards had been RICA'd and that she will just re-assume my sim cards. At the shop, I tested and they worked. When I got home, both sim cards were locked again.
