Telkom Sim Card Only Deal

On the 31st of August 2019 I went to activate my sim card only deal at Telkom Carnival Mall I requested my Cell C number *** to be ported to the new sim card contract given by Telkom. The sales consultant did whatever was necessary and advised that within 3 to 4 days the port would be successful. I called on thursday only to be advised that the port was not done and the lady said she would escalate to her team leader and within 24 hours I would be able to use the Telkom Sim but nothing happened called this morning Monday 9th September only to be told that the port was never auctioned and that I must go back to the store and redo the port again. PATETHIC SERVICE FROM TELKOM EMPLOY PEOPLE THAT HAS KNOWLEDGE OF WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE. DONT WASTE CONSUMERS TIME
