Telkom Sim card contract

I took a telkom sim card contract and I have never experienced any problems until I missed a month's payment. Then I was told to pay R704, 14 before the 30th of September 2024.That amount included the amount of the previous month plus September and a penalty fee but then on the 30th of September they debited the whole amount in my account but they haven't unblocked my Sim card. Right now telkom is sending me messages that they are taking me to credit bereu, summons & court orders if I don't pay. The question is how can they do that because they debited their money from my account themselves. So now I don't owe them. I tried to go to their branch they said I must atleast wait 7days but now I'm getting court order messages. And my Sim card is still locked yet I paid the full amount.
