Telkom sim card contract

Good afternoon

This is a a complain against Telekom server and service

I have Been calling two months spoken to several consultants including one who only gave me name as Lihle

I'm a customer who pays all accounts on time but Telekom deducts money refusing to give me service

I have reported my Sim card Data paying monthly R99. 00 that it doesn't work no matter which fone i use

Telekom deducts money from me but refuses to help me use the data I'm contracted for

All Telekom consultants do verification and security then put me on hold then drop me All 6 of them
