Telkom Sim Activation Fee Billing

On 15th January 2022, I signed up 3 identical contracts with Telkom. Each contract was R99/month for a FreeMe 1,5 GB TopUp deal. On the 1 contract, I am being billed a sim activation fee of R201,75. This was not mentioned at all by the store consultant and I did not accept or sign any document to acknowledge payment for such a fee. It is disappointing to start off 3 new contracts with this unresolved matter. I did call the Telkom Call Centre & they could not resolve the matter. I am very disillusioned by such poor service!
