Telkom sim

I bought a telkom sim 3 years ago from the the Parkistan shop, I think it was already Ricard. I think telkom and Rica are accountable for Ricard sim cause they should have block ppl who is registering more than 20 sim, especially the Rica agent.

Now my sim is blocked they said I must come with the previous owner, that sounds more like protecting the *********, I have everything to prove that I have been using the sim card including the affidavit. All my emails are linked to this number.

What is very annoying with telkom, they will never bother about replying. I guess they must stick to their traditional landline.
