Telkom signal problem

I have been using the Telkom Mo'nice data bundles for a while now and in the beginning all was fine. Then 3 months ago I started experiencing problems in the area I am working. Sometimes there is signal then others days is it not stable. Recently there has been no signal at all where I work and I have complained about it. A technician came through to test the signal and he said there was problem with their aerial on the tower. He said someone will come through to get it repaired, that was like almost 2 months ago and nothing has been done. So currently, I have data which I purchased that I can not use. Telkom is really a waste of time and money.
