Telkom Signal .......NO Service !
<p>I have been battling with a signal problem for 2 years now in my area. In 2015 they sent our a technician who confirmed that there was no signal, but assured me that they were putting up a new tower in our suburb. This of cousre never happend. I have to roam on MTN all the time.</p> <p> </p> <p>After numerous complaints again , they sent out a technician 2 weeks ago who again confirmed that there was absolutely no signal, he could even get Telkom on my phone. He advsied that he would put through an urgent report so that we could get this sorted out.</p> <p> </p> <p>Hence no one has bothered to come back to me. Everyime I phone the call centre all I get told is that they will escalate it, but nothing ever happens. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am absolutely disgusted by their lack of interest in their clients.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>

This is really not acceptable.......If I dont have a reply by the close of business on Wednesday 23rd November I will be cancelling both my contracts with Telkom.
You dont seem to understand, it is impossible to live without any signal. If there is an emergency nobody can get hold of me and I cannot get hold of anyone.
Is Telkom so insensative to people's well being ??

Another week has gone by and still no response except "being investigated". Wow Telkom, you really are not interested in your clients.

Yesterday I had a missed call from ********** and straight after I got an sms saying that Telkom was unable to reach me, please call 081 180. I tired to call back the 012 number but some idiot just picks it up and puts it down without answering. I called 181 180 and once again was told that they get them to call back within the day. Guess what.......nobody has bothered to call back again. I really dont understand you people, this is an absolute joke ! I am now handing this over to my attorneys to deal with, as the absolute lack of interest from Telkom is disgusting and I really cannot deal with your total inability to sort out my problem. Telkom is taking money off my account every single month for a service I cannot use. Would that be classed as theft ????

It is officail, Telkom really could not be bothered ! even hellopetar does not get a reaction. Obviously the only way now is legal action !
