Telkom... sigh

@TelkomZA Can someone please tell me what the hold up is? I was told by the sale guy that I would get a response on the same day. It is day 3 with no correspondence from telkom. I called in multiple times for each agent to give me a different story and no 2 agents gave me the same turn around time. This is bad service can someone give me an actual update. I can take my future business else where if it is such a problem for telkom to conduct business in a professional manner.
