Telkom shouldnt exist!!

I have been a loyal customer of Telkom for the past 2 years, I have time and again received great service from Telkom which is one of the main reasons I shop at the store. But to my surprise, I was at the receiving end of very poor service at Telkom store in Kenilworth Centre, where I was told to make payments at Shoprite.

This has now negatively affected me due to Telkom advising me that I have made late payments. Not once have I missed payments in my entire credit history, even ITC confirms this.

At point of sale I was impressed with the service until Telkom had to provide me with assistance thereafter.

I am appalled at this pathetic service , and should have taken my business elsewhere. I highly recommend anyone considering of choosing Telkom as there internet service provider to please reconsider. You company has been known to provide bad services, and such events tarnish the company name.

The worst network and highly not recommended.

I have never come across such incompetence and such poor customer service.

This company should not even exist. Its disgusting how greedy they are for money.

If only they can respond to this or all the other reviews that were posted about them. Even a simple call back will do for this and a solution to this problem which is keeping me behind in life!
