Telkom should shut their doors and switch the lights off - permanently!

Seems as if even logging reviews and supercharging them on this forum has no effect on any improvement regarding service delivery from Telkom. My previous review last week has not even elicited a response from Telkom, never mind any attempt being made to repair it. Customer service from this provider is non existent and I am not even sure that complaining about it has any meaning.
