TELKOM SHOULD SHUT DOWN

I am so disappointed in the services I have received from telkom. I have a contract with them and they felt the need to change my debit order date and even though i make manual payments they still debit my account, which messes up my credit score. When I call I get told them I will be charged that extra amount for a missed payment even though I paid earlier. Telkom your customer service sucks and your network is terrible
