Telkom should provide the service they promise

I recently took a wifi contract with Telkom. However they have not lived up to any of the standards promised. The wrong router was installed and when i went into the Telkom Direct store at the Glen the service was horrible. They were very unprofessional as well as unhelpful. The staff at the store refused to understand the situation as the reasoning was the product they gave us was sufficient to do the job, however according to what was advertised we did not receive.
