Telkom should not exist!

I have cancelled 2 of my adsl lines with Telkom and have paid up to date, ONLY, to have Telkom constantly billing me!! This is ******* and I am super furious! I am paying for a service I hate and I have done everything according to their books. This is outright *******ion!
