Telkom Should not be the primary ISP in SA

After almost two years of monthly fights and arguments I finally got a straight forward answer that regardless of the fact that the exchange point (Kittyhawk) which is according to Telkom over used and flooded with users will not be upgraded to facilitate more traffic and faster line speeds. The joke here is that Telkom is boasting of being the ISP service provider to South Africa with the lack of actually providing an effective service to the public, even if I move my business to another service provider that can supply me with me 10 mbs line and I pay the amount, Telkom will not allow my line to reach its full capability purely based on the fact that they have not upgraded their service provision capability. Please explain to me why it is the customers burden to have to deal with service providers like Telkom? Privatize the industry and allow people to actually make use of what they are willing to pay for!!! I have to pay the price for the incompetence of another and for the lack of actual service provision. Since when are we are consumers at the mercy of what the service providers decide??? It is a disgrace Telkom. You have people willing to pay more yet you have no ambition!!
