TELKOM SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS ...

I continue to have absolutely no communication from Telkom following emails or texts. Some of their emails bounce back and their addresses were obtained from their website! On then resorting to send an email online the message was that the email could not be uploaded! My SMSs are ignored. I cancelled my landline in September and continued to be billed for it. I complained about this and was recently assured that the account had been closed and that I would never again be billed for it. One week after this I received yet another account !!! I have never, ever in my life been through such pathetic, unprofessional, inefficient and downright disgusting service. Reading through the endless complaints from other customers on Hellopeter who are having similar treatment, just confirms that Telkom should not be in business. I am sick and tired of having anxiety attacks about this and would never recommend anyone to go near Telkom !
