Telkom should lose there licence
To begin with every single query with telkom is a 3 hour mission.

This time around I spoke to Makhosi Mazibuko, fault department based in DBN.

I called regarding my bandwidth allocation on my uncapped ADSL line. What in the world now? She says my usage is affecting other clients and I'm being unfair.
I pay for a damn service for uncapped but I have a limit?
If telkom can't handle there data output of traffic why make the clients suffer? They should take the issue and resolve it.
She continues to tell me I'm sorry if what you think I'm saying is nonsense but that's what it is.
I need to accept terms & conditions for my usage I need to accept that there is a limit for uncapped Internet??

I pay for Fricking limitless service I pay for it it's not damn free.

I can't even use my internet at all now until I accept these terms and conditions what the **** is that?
They will not reimburse me for these days that I can't use my internet because they can't handle the amount of users in a particular area.

She was transferring me to a manager but I waited 20min again with no fricking manager!

Telkom should fricking lose there license!!
