Telkom should just shut down!!!

If I could rate a zero I would.. Haven’t had internet since Thursday the 17th.. No communication from their technicians and I have called more than 10 times speaking to agents who tell me technicians will call me back!.. But today’s agent takes the cake, she tells me she is also offline so what much she do. Called at 9:30 in the 20th and she was so disrespectful!.. She said her name was Joan or Johnny and then changed to say her name is Nomusa Gwala.. Oh their managers are not available!.. What disappointing service from Telkom, the entire weekend!
