Telkom should fall, service and client relations are pathetic

Ive app**** for a Telkom service 2 months ago, the lady told me someone would call me within 7-14days to arrange the installation, ITS BEEN 2 MONTHS and nothing, ive called in numerous time, and ironically, their systems are down every single time, at least Telkom is efficient in ensuring their systems are down. I have never ever been treated like this as a client. Im not sure if their consultants are just pure lazy, or a multi-million rand company, cant afford in invest in a system upgrade. I will be going to every forum possible, to ensure that people dont support Telkom. With all the competition out there, why should we waste our time to support a company that clearly thinks nothing of their existing, or new business.
