Telkom should Fall!!!

Absolutely disgusting! My contact was apparently cancelled?? Nobody knows why or how, then proceeded to reinstate my contract after I had made several calls! Then still billed for the cancellation’ with no authorisation! And nobody in the call centre can help they just say it’s been escalated!???? No feedback just unauthorised debit orders. I am a single parent. I am unable to pay things now due to the incompetence.
