Telkom should employ more people like Peter

After 2 weeks of complaints and hours of phone calls and speaking to people that doesn't even know what LTE is, I managed to get assistance from Peter Ramdeen. He listened to my story and gave me the assurance that he will help me. after getting back to me within about 3 hours he advised that he managed to get the order processed and will be delivered next day (keep in mind this is the only agent that phoned me back after about 6 of them told me they will and never did) yesterday the courier advised me that it will only be here on Friday so I escalated it back to Peter and he managed to get that sorted right away. I would like to compliment Peter on his great attitude and going the extra mile. I hope in the Telkom employ more people like him. Hopefully Telkom will give Peter the recognition he deserves.
