TELKOM SHOULD CLOSE THEIR DOORS!!!!! USELESS!!!!!!

How useless can one company be!!!! So please tell me how can one company charge you first of all for 7 months for internet you cancelled, then after 2 months of fighting and phoning and emailing like a crazy person EVENTUALLY write off the amount, with no flippen written apology... then refuse to send you a zero statement cause you have to wait a whole month before it will be changed..... then the cherry on top! THEY F... HANDED ME OVER TO LAYWERS that is threatening to black list me for F...KING TELKOM'S ERROR!!!!!! They are a joke, they should be changed to THE CIRCUS!

HOW!!!?? please tell me how is this company still doing business???? They should close their doors as they are all flippen useless, beyond useless!!!!
