Telkom should close its doors or get competent employees

Since april i have been having endless problems with telkom, had an issue where they could not pick up my payment, it went on until july, eventually that was resolved, had spoken to several agents and now again they saying my account is in arrears, yet i have not missed any payments, now i got a letter of demand from the credit manager, i had spoken to their attorneys yesterday and was asked to send through all proof of payment and was told i will get a call today and noone has called me, i dont think the employees at telkom know what they doing, its really a **** show at this point and going the legal route seems the only option.
