Telkom should close down

Still waiting 2 months for my LTE FLLA issues to be resolved. 55 calls, 4 store visits, hours of my life wasted, and still not a single Telkom employee can resolve the issue, insult to injury is that i am being billed for the last 3 months via debit order with no service.
