TELKOM SHOULD CHANGE THERE NAMES TO HELKOM

Is there any one individual within this **** company whom has an inkling of a clue as to customer service - or just service?? It is no wonder that they find themselves in dire straights due to mismanagement but whom never-the-less still treat their customers as trash. There is no such thing as customer service because they can not 'give you any time-lines' or so much as even TRY assist when a customer has issues!!! I can not wait till my contract has ended to move to another provider - not that they care - even though they are a useless burden on the SA economy and a titanic that has sank!! You would think they would be doing everything to retain customers - but nooooo!!! I will be taking to social media to dissuade people from using any of their products or (no) services. They are a despicable company with no sense of moral obligation to their clients and can in no way even begin to offer even the most basic of services. Go down in flames and do not rest in peace Helkom.
