Telkom should change there name to Hellkom..

I'm so disappointed in telkom service. I have canceled my account a year back today. The reason being that i sold my property and was going to move. I have done it online and went to the store as well as faxed a written cancelation form. My account was payed up in full. Guess what. I am still getting bills for line rental. I have bee to the store a thousand times because if you call the call center you get send from a to z with no outcome. 4 march a lady contacted me from the accounts dept. She said that everything is sorted out and that the account was closed. 3 months later again i receive an account. I do not no what to do anymore. I have all the ref numbers of all the interactions.
