Telkom should be sued for false advertising and useless customer service

Hi do you rate this company a - *** stars?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! I have been struggling for more than a month now to get my fibre installed and working... But they will take your money without hesitation!!!!! No ma call the billing department for a refund is the only response one gets. More than a month now of being sent from pillar to post with NO resolution to my issue!!!!!!!!!!!!! You are easy to through around contract breach but Telkom terms clearly state that from order to installation is 10 working days!!! Well guess what - I should sue for loss of income as I'm working from home... I cannot believe the audacity!!!!!!!!!!!
