Telkom should be sued

I have been paying R1200 for a telkom business line and wifi for going on 6 months without service my installments going off by debit order every month, i have reported issues with the line first no wifi and no landline and then no wifi. Telkom promised me a credit, line still not working. They credited me R690 for 6 months of no service which i have been paying every month total-R6000 i reversed my debit order for this month as after hundreds of calls nothing had been done but they continued to charge. Alo they are crediting me is R690. I have no relocated and as i reversed this month debit order due to no service they will not move my line to my new address. I have 2 telkom business lines. The other was supposed to be going on fiber they dropped off a router at my house 2 weeks ago no help nothing, fine i set it up but when i tried no wifi so i plugged in my old router still 2 weeks later and still no fiber surely this is *******. Dont go with telkom i regret it.
