Telkom should be labeled a ******** Organization

I have been trying to upgrade since February 2020. I was going to a Telkom shop ever week until the lockdown started. every time it was the same story. they were out of stock for the devices advertised on their deal sheet. I have called their call center and was told to do the application online and that didn't work so today I called them again and they said I can only upgrade online. They don't have a problem taking my money every month, I just had their debit order run yesterday. but when it comes to service Telkom is ********.
